I was telling haunted tales last weekend and there was a young girl (about 7 years old) with her parents in the audience. Many of my stories are frightening and I checked with the parents, but they were fine and the little girl was grinning from ear to ear. However another group came along, teenagers 16-17 years old, they got frightened. Especially 2 of the guys. I looked over at the little girl and she was still grinning.

I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone.

Is something happening to the kids, or is it just October?

Let the little girl have a good time. After all, you don't want her to wish you into the cornfield.

Or go off her meds;-).

I had no problem with the little girl, my question was with the teenage boys.
