The festival began 15 years ago as a way for the tellers in New Jersey to get together, connect and learn from each other. The festival has grown, but that spirit of an annual get together has remained. At the end of the day, all the tellers gather together and have a party.

Most of the tellers of NJ perform. New folks often tell for the first time publicly with a guild or group. This year youth tellers will open the festival.

So, if you know a Jersey teller, chances are they will be at the Festival.
