My suggestions/requests for the store:


1) indicate the artist on the CD, not just the title. Every other shop has this (Amazon, Storyteller.net, CDBaby)... it can't be that hard to program.

2) indicate whether a book is paperback or hardback

3) offer conference keynotes for sale.
I find it odd that I can buy christmas ornaments and rubber wristbands, when valuable information from conferences is nowhere to be found.

4) change the email receipt for purchases to correctly state the turnaround time.
Especially for non-inventoriable items such as donations, memberships, and directory listings.

Tim, I haven't been checking on the Forum as often as I wish, so I didn't pick up on this suggestion till today. I'll make sure the NSN Staff is aware of your points (which I endorse heartily).
